Before you get in touch
A few things clients often ask before switching accountants or working with us for the first time.
Do you only work with limited companies?
No. We work with sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies, as well as individuals who just need personal tax support, such as landlords or people with Capital Gains Tax to report.
What accounting software do you use?
We work on cloud-based, Making Tax Digital-compatible software, so your records stay accessible and up to date year-round rather than being reconstructed once a year at deadline time.
How much will it cost?
Every fee is agreed up front and fixed, based on your specific circumstances: there's no published price list because the right price depends on things like turnover, transaction volume and how many services you need. Get in touch for a personalised, no-obligation quote.
Can I switch accountants easily?
Yes. We handle the professional clearance process with your existing accountant and request the information we need directly, so switching involves very little work on your part.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Not at all. Cloud systems make things easier once you're set up, but we handle the setup and talk you through anything unfamiliar: plenty of clients simply send documents across and let us take it from there.
